Chief Executive Officer

Ashnah Gunesssing

Ashnah Gunesssing is the Chief Executive Officer of Toukan Corporate Services Limited. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce in Management specialisation in Marketing and she is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD).

Ashnah has over 15 years of experience in the financial sector and sits on the board of local and Global Business Companies.

Executive Director

Nicola Smith

Having qualified as a chartered accountant in the United Kingdom in 1998, Nicola has worked in the funds industry since 1999, in both the Cayman Islands and since 2003, in Gibraltar.

After qualification, Nicola worked for PwC in the Cayman Islands auditing funds and then later moving into liquidating funds. Nicola moved to a private bank as a financial controller and then to Gibraltar.

Nicola is the Managing Director of Fidux Fund Services, Fidux Trust Company and Fidux Management Limited.
